After seeing a notice that today is National Mutt Day I had to pull a color palette from the All-Time-World's-Best-Mutt, Mao Mao. Delaney chose him at a rescue shelter on Columbus Day many years ago. We asked our Chinese speaking friends for name suggestions to honor his Chow Chow heritage and after a quick glance they came up with Mao Mao, which I'm translates loosely to very fluffy. Sadly, he's gone on to Mutt Heaven, but he's still in our hearts, and his colors will be in a future print collection.
